Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows may incur additional charges. For a seamless experience, it is best to keep these details in mind as you plan your rental.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- Using our vehicles for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, off-roading, and other dangerous uses. Transporting hazardous materials is not allowed. Vehicles must not be sub-let or driven by unauthorized individuals. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. Additionally, do not exceed passenger or weight limits, or drive outside of designated geographical areas without prior approval.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and fees.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Battersea disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, resulting from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claims will be limited to the amount you paid for your rental in the previous 12 months.
